    Default Picked up a PSL

I've been wanting to pick up one of these for a while now so I finally broke down and bought one. I have heard these are hit and miss but this one seems to be one of the good ones.

Sometimes I like to pretend it is a kick ass soviet battle rifle!

The bolt hold open is a nice addition to the AK platform.

    The twins.

Haven't had a chance to shoot it at ranges over 25 yards or so but that will change this coming weekend.

I love mine. Make sure you don't feed it heavy ball. Anything over 150gr is a no-no.

You found one with a bayonet lug? Who's the importer/kit builder of your PSL? Also, how much did you pay? Beautiful rifle, I'd love to get one. Congrats!

No worries I have lots and lots of Czech 147gr to feed it.

I got one about 2 month ago also. Haven't had a chance to shot it yet, but I am sure it will be a lot of fun.

It's the SVD's that have issues since it's a sniping rifle. Supposely the shift of balance during a long stroke piston movement can degrade the accuracy.

Nice PSL though, it's on my list to have as well.

Doesn't degrade accuracy any more than having to cycle a bolt.
