    rofl...

I'm running a HD projector on a 92" screen, 5.1 surround sound setup, media server, PS3, upscaling DVD player. Basically a mini movie theater right in my house.

Display: Toshiba Regza Cinema Series XF550U 52" 1080p LCD
    Source: Sony PS3 via HDMI
    Audio Unit: Denon 2808ci
Speakers: SVS 5.1 system :: SBS-01 Mains and Surrounds, SCS-01 Center and a PB-12NSD Subwoofer

Audio media served from a Mepis 8.0 64bit install running Amarok (gave up Ubuntu for Mepis, much better IMHO) on a Pentium E8400/4gb of OCZ PC2-6400 Reaper CL4 RAM box into the Denon's second zone and routed out to a pair of JBL HLS810's (and the lows can be routed out to the subwoofer if I really want to upset the neighborhood).

Non-disc video media served running from the same Pentium E8400 box above with VLC and Kaffeine piped out through the HD out on my Nividia 8800GTS...but I only stream porn anyway. I prefer to run my serious movies from disc.

The Regza is, IMHO, bar none one of the best LCD's made to date. Blacks like plasma (think near Pioneer plasma blacks), solid colors, handles 24fps very well and has an incredibly thin bezel, allowing more screen than frame to occupy your real estate. The SVS package is nice, though the real gem of it is the subwoofer, under $1000, you won't find one I like better (though HSU can come very close).

    That Denon receiver is serious.........

Not a fan of SVS....listened to a few setups that people had wasn't impressed....overpriced IMHO

I just have a Sony 55" rear project LCD, just use the speakers on the TV, they are actually very good

Then the usual array of consoles (360, XB, PS2, Wii, NES) a 5 disk dvd player and DVR
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

I honestly think Energy makes some badass speakers. The SVS SB series isn't musical, it's more tuned to theater (dialoge is great through the center), which is why I pipe audio out to the JBL's.

Sorry but that is an active system which is easily circumvented.

Will wait till house is empty.
