Default I feel like a grown up now.

I think there comes a time in every firearm owners life that you acquire a firearm due to the beauty and function of the firearm, rather then to fit a certain need. Today I'm proud to say I've made that leap!

My first wheelgun! Smith and Wesson 642, hammerless, and with the internal lock. Let me again praise Insite Firearms. Once again, they took the time to answer my questions and let me tap their extensive experience, as well as let me try on the Smith how I was planning on carrying it. It's my new summer carry!

You will not be sorry with that choice.
I picked up the brother of that piece with a hammer and have never been happier. I did not know snub shooting could be so much more fun than semi pistols. Although I have always enjoyed my wheel gunz.

I have also been impressed with the accuracy of that little barrel. When friends shoot it at the range they seem to feel the same way.

Enjoy, maybe I'll see you at

It is certainly on my to do list.

My only problem, is that I want one to shoot 357mag as my wallet will allow.

You will probably become an S&W addict like so many others. Now you need to buy at least one of each frame size. Don't be afraid to buy the older ones that are lightly used.

Welcome! You can now sit at the "big" table at dinner during holidays!

Honestly, though. I'm really envious. I've been wanting a 442/642 for some time now.
