Questions about filling out Form I and others.

Hey everyone,

I am just about ready to begin my journey into SBS'ing my Saiga 12 and I need some help filling out my Form I.

I have a trust set up and I was hoping someone could walk me through the filling out of the form I so I don't have problems. I have a couple of questions though.

First, on line 2 of the Form 1. Application is made by: Individual,Corporation or Other Business Entity, would my trust be classified as such?

Second, would the name of my trust go into 3a of the Form 1. Trade name?

And lastly, on the Certificate of Compliance. Line 1. Name under which the application was filed. Would my trust name go there?
