    Default Act 235 Training

I have just interview for a job that requires Act 235 Training. I believed the interview went very well and the manager is passing my application on to human resources. I do not believe I will have a problem with the class as long as my uncorrected vision is what it needs to be, corrected I can do fine but not so sure about it with out my glasses / contacts.

All that aside my question is who has taken act 235 classes where did you take it, how much was it, and how long did it take for you to complete the course.

After being hired I have 120 days to complete my Act 235. Nice thing I have to put up the money for the training and medical exams but the employer will reimburse 100% of the cost

Also on a side know Who has had to take a polygraph for a job before and what kind of job was it?

I know some people who have taken it. From what I have heard the most expensive and time consuming part is the psych eval, physical and other pre-requisit paperwork.

The whole Lethal Weapons process cost's about $650. Background check, physical, psych exam. The class is easy if you pay attention and range time is always fun. 40 hour one week course. Official site: http://www.lethalweapons.state.pa.us...te/default.asp
