got a convert!

when i started carrying, my buisness partner gave me a sideways glance, and thought it a phase i was going through, weeks go by, questions start coming my way, and thanks to you folks here, i was able to answer him correctly and in a non defensive way (so he didn't think i was becoming a gun nut

), well i talked him into going shooting with me on thursday, well, friday we go to piestraks and he buys a 9mm smith and wesson!
we went shooting today at 11am after fixing a crane,(thats why i couldn't go to rally today

) he again, had a blast,(no pun intended) and then he proceeded to open carry for the rest of the day! all the while asking more questions. thought you guys would like to hear about this,

Good job, and the weather agreeing today probably helped seal the enjoyment for him. I bet it'll make work more enjoyable.

Woot! There should be some sort of ceremony we should perform every time we get an OC convert! Then again, we probably don't want the antis thinking we're weirder than we actually are

I've actually had the pleasure of converting three people in the past 9 months. I meet a lot of people of all classes in my humble little business.
I also bring it up whenever the opertunity arises.
They ask why and I say because target shooting is fun.Once they're hooked,
then we get into the more serious reasons but first,make it safe and fun.
A big oops,I didn't see the OC part.I only got them interested in shooting,my mistake.
