Who works on FN FAL's?

I haven't dealt with PA.Patriot's personally, but I do own one rifle that features his work.

The FAL I have has a gas block with a picatinny rail on it instead of the front sight. I'd like to get a normal sight, and the folks at DSA sai to rebarrel it, instead of changing gas blocks. If pa patriot can change the gas block for a sane price, an has the gas block, I'd do that too.
