Plan your Meet and Greet here...
Thought I would give this a try for the SW PA area. Seems quite and it's driving me crazy. Sooooo------------------------------------------
Spring is here so if you want to plan a day to shoot and make new friends this would be the place to start.
- Post details and where you want to meet (range, club, farm).
- Shoot targets, clay pigeons sight your scopes or whatever..
- .22, 5.56, 270, 308, 9mm, 40's, 303's 12, 20's any and all ammo should be welcomed.
Comes on guys/gals look alive.

Re: Plan your Meet and Greet here...
Ryn and I will be relocating back to Greene Co next month, so you can count us in. Unfortunately we don't have the land or connectionss to land to host, so at this point we're just willful participants.

Re: Plan your Meet and Greet here...
i would be up for something but there are really no ranges around to go to other than a couple SGL ones, which on any nice day are crowded. there are a couple gun clubs but they are private and the ranges they have aren't spectacular by any means.

Re: Plan your Meet and Greet here...
The only place I can find with a decent set up is Fairchance Gun Club. There tables (40 stations) are concrete under a pavillion. I believe there range is 50yd to 200yds. I will call to see about membership. Hopefully I can bring guest.

Re: Plan your Meet and Greet here...
Sooo. I stopped by today and lord behold the owner was there. In 10 mins I had paid my due ($35.00 till March 31, 2010). There was another guy there that I spoke with for 2 hrs after I joined up that gave me the scoop.
It seems members meet up once every month and on every third Sunday they have a match. Seems to be quite a crowd that shows up. Anyway there having there match next Sunday and I offered to help out. There choice of caliber is 22cal. Mostly Winchester 52's and Remington 40X models along with custom rifles.
I can bring a guest the first time but the second you must join. Family members (wife, kids) are free. For $35.00 you can't beat it. Your renewal fee is $10.00 If you are interested in joing let me know and I'll set you up on a membership.

Re: Plan your Meet and Greet here...
Yep, Fairchance. I spoke with them about setting up a pistol range. They thought it would be a great idea. All we need to do is put ideas together and get a vote on it. In my opinion there looking to upgrade. I think this range could use new comers with strong backs. I offered to help in anyway and to put me on the list for volunteers.
