Argh, please call them "upper A zone" shots. "Headshots" just gives more fuel to the anti-gun people, saying all we want to do is shoot people in the head, where clearly our sport is not about that. Thanks!

    It's OK, we love newbs.

Yeah, things went a heck of a lot better for me the second time around. I just couldn't get my head in the game the first time I shot. I was glad I had a chance to redeem myself. It would have made me crazy if I had to wait 3 more weeks to shoot the course again.

    What happen with your score......

I love how Corey tells us that this shoot is going to be an easy start. They will build in hardness as the year goes on. And then has us shooting "Upper A Zone Only"(cranium incapacitation shots) at 15 yards with six rounds.

Yeah, it is going to to a good year. You wait till they start bringing out all the weaving, ducking, bobbing, swinging, turning targets mixed with the good guy, non shoot, hardcover, targets that are behind the vehicle, walls, barrels, good guys, and you have to carry the dummy, lay on the ground, shoot under the picnic bench..... well you get the idea.

Then you have to just shake your head and laugh.

He was with us. Steve, Brandon(wryekid) and I always try to shoot together.

Did you see the movies I posted?

Here are just a few videos that I took. I love how they say they are going to start off easy on us. So, this is going easy huh.... I can't wait to see what's to come.

Me in my stylish new orange cover shirt. You had
to shoot this entire thing from your knees. The one
target was a "Cranium Incapacitation Shoot" only.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygicT07vO9A

Dan shows us how to run it a bit faster.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKuTNSNTpFg

It's just me again on another stage. Tight shot thru
the window. Don't hit the good guys standing in front
    of the bad guys.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNqxpGQNreY

Amazing how something that should be so simple
can become complicated if they want it too. Shoot
him, then shoot him alot, then shoot the first guy
again, then don't shoot the good guy but shoot
the other guy you can barely see behind him.
Oh, and you got to be backing up while you do all that.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCtw3v0sC3E

Steve does pretty good on the "Cranium Incapacitation
Shot" only cours of fire. This one made you slow down
and aim your shots. Six rounds in the Upper A Zone. Shoot
till your happy with what you got. I dumped 11 rounds
the first time and only got 4 or 5 in the cranium. I had a
    bad first round.

You can check out all my videos on Youtube. I took 36 movies yesterday. Look under Mtbkski
