CZ452 extraction

I have a 452 American .22 and it shoots very well, but if you chamber a round and don't shot it wont extract. No problem with fired rounds. I've cleaned the chamber, boltface and extracter. Any ideas? The rifle is fairly new and has never had shorts fired in it.

I'll give it a shot. It could possibly be the extractor. There are three parts to the extractor; the extractor, holder, and spring. The spring is removed and the other two parts are removed. replace with the new parts. Could be other causes. This may be the simplest to check. Does this happen with all brands of ammo?

the strange thing is it will extract FIRED cases but not LOADED ammo, The extractor looks good and chamber is clean. I e-mailed CZ and am awaiting an answer.
