Anyone local who can refinish gun parts?

I'm looking to have the slide of my 1911 refinished in hard chrome or silver color of some sort. Is there anyone local that I can drop off the slide from my gun and then they could do the work and then i could pick it up when finished?

If you want it hardchromed then go through a gunsmith. If the chrome is done wrong then there is a lot of fitting needed. You want the work done by someone who has experience doing Hard Chrome work on guns.
