carry permit time frame?

How long does the permit process take? I just applied today in West Chester and they told me i should receive something about 40-45 days from now. I have heard from others that it is way less than that.

I got mine in 2 weeks and my girlfriend got hers in slightly over that time.

Got permit in the mail on Friday. I applied on Tuesday the 14th. I got it in about 2 1/2 weeks.

Wow. Mine took a good 40 to 45 days back around thanksgiving time. Were they swamped when you went? The stack of applications to be processed was at least 16inches high back then.

I went at the end of the day around 330. They took apps until 4. It was pouring rain that day and there was no line or anthing. Not sure how many apps were there that day. The guy told me 40-45 days but I have been told by others that it took 2 weeks. It took about 18 days.
