Drinking at Bar That Is Raided??!! OMG!!
Just out of curiosity and WHAT IF scenerios..
What if your at a bar and doing nothing (except concealed carry and have had a beer (or 2??) and the bar gets raided.. aka like the one in philly did (Chills).. what happens then to you, and your firearm??
Any laws on the books (subtract the Philly factor) unless you have exp. with philly and this type of situation..
I'm sure we've all pondered this..Al Zeller

There are no laws that you have violated.. Cant say for sure what might happen because sentiment towards such things can vary across the state. And we all know some localities have a hard-on for anyone that carries.
I've been in a bar that was raid while I was carrying. It was "Ernie's" at the Days Inn here in Brookville back in 2002 or 2003. I took Teeny out for an evening to break the cabin fever that had set in.
The PSP, Brookville PD and PLCB folks were all there. I just handed the pretty female PSP officer my DL and LTCF, she asked me if I was carrying and I replied to the affirmative. She said "ok" and then asked me to keep my hands away from it until they were done. Not another thing was made of it..
I think they were looking for some under age folks or probation/parolee's.

Re: Drinking at Bar That Is Raided??!! OMG!!
I'm A bouncer at a local bar here in quakertown * eagle Hotel* And i havent had any issues yet regarding LEO raids, I have had a few peeps CC'ing come in, Older folks of course, Ive noticed a few, *they were printing* I Personally dont mind, but the bartenders get jumpy if someone sees it, so i make a habbit of letting them know they are printing without alarming bartenders, But thats my only issues really at the bar, Like i said, I dont care when someone carries, Just dont want to see someone get for lack of a better word But Shizfaced while CC'ing, to me that seems like a stupid and irrispocible idea, But we are pretty good @ checking Id's upon ordering alcohol and carry outs, ETC, So we shouldnt have LEO issues, I'm allways playing baby sitter with the patrons so things usually are pretty relaxed and overall quiet, But ive heard of places being raided, and as others said, Im sure LEO isnt going to give you problems if your NOT intoxicated and of course carrying legally, IM sure gunlawyer or the gorrilla will have a good answer for ya

There probably ought to be a law against carrying firearms and drinking alcohol, similar to the DUI law.
I, for one, will never carry a weapon if I plan to drink or possibly become intoxicated in the same way that I will find a driver or call a cab to avoid driving in that state.
What if you get so drunk that you lose your gun?
If one's judgment is considered (by the law) too impaired for one to legally drive, what do you suppose will happen to you if you are .08 after you pop some caps into a "perp"?
I can pretty much bet you that if you shoot someone down, even in self defense, while your blood is .08 or better with booze, there will be little left after the prosecutor and/or the attorney for the estate gets through with you.
I think Lynrd Skynrd did a song about this.

Excess is in the eyes of the beholder and it only takes a couple of drinks to wind up at .08.
Trust me.
