BATFE Letter Changing SBR into Title 1 (AKA non-NFA)

Since this topic has come up before, here is a generic letter that can be used to inform the BATFE that one is changing his/her SBR/SBS firearm back into a Title 1 firearm.

Under what circumstances would this be used...

How... or why ... would a SBR (S) be converted back permanatly to a Title 1?

Say I have a SBR... built on a Rock River Lower ... what needs to happen in my world to make that SBR a Title 1?

There are a lot of reasons that a person may decide to return a SBR/SBS back into a Title 1 firearm. For instance, maybe the individual has to sell the gun and find a buyer in a state that does not allow SBR/SBS firearms. There are a whole host of possible situations where an individual may want to convert the firearm back into a Title 1 firearm.

Sorry about the confusion guys...the board software limits the title length so it makes it difficult. However, everyone should know that the BATFE can't change what constitutes a SBR/SBS since it is statutory law and requires the Congress to change it (or a court to find it unconstitutional).
