    Default Forms denied because….

    Thought I would create a tread to help people from making simple NFA mistakes like we have all done before…...
    On my first SBR my paperwork was sent back because my dealer forgot to tell me I needed a cert of compliance form. Filed on out sent it back and all was well after….

    Sheriff forgot to date one of my forms - kicked back. I never even noticed.
