I see what he's doing.

He's trying to undue the damage to foriegn relations done in the past 8 years. I know alot don't want to hear this. Bush pissed people off.. Alot of people.. Nations.. Allies.. NATO became a joke unable to agree on anything.

Obama is trying to undo that damage.. Trying to give America a better reputation without creating any more negative feelings in the general Euopean population (which he addressed in the same "Obama apologizes" speech (as others call it) which he didn't apologize, he just acknowledged the mistakes we've made in the past. However people forget to remember that he admonished anti-american feelings in Europe when they bitch about it..

The goal is to unite our allies together again. So we can become closer and be able to confront what may be a increasingly stronger China, and an increasingly belligerant Russia.

Now. I'm not saying HOW he's doing is correct, or wiether or not he's going to far (I would be choosing my words more carefully to achieve our goals of a closer Europe, while avoiding insulting my own country.. Hard thing to pull off. But we all know he has very skilled speech writers. However, People really have to stop and think about "Obama hates America and wants us to be servants of Islam" That's insane. Disagree with everything he's doing.. Disagree on strategy, disagree on tactics.. Disagree and Froth at the mouth that he's going to pass laws you hate, and doesn't like our guns.. But I honestly don't believe he HATES America. He may dislike elements of our society.. Who the hell doesn't?! The uneducated idiots who I meet day in and day out just makes me want to bang my head on something until I die.. Stupid Kids, Adults, Bad Drivers, Neo-Nazi's who say they love America, Racists of all colors, corruption.. You name it we got issues.. It's perfectly ok to dislike those people for what they do.. It's one of our freedoms.. lol

I love America.. But damn do I hate some Americans.. lol Everyone here is the same way..

You also have to remember, he's has about 2 years before having to worry about re-election. So he can say almost whatever he wants during this time, and then fix it later next year. I'm not saying it's RIGHT.. I'm saying it's politics, it's what they ALL do.

In case you're wondering. I'm just trying to get people to start thinking about the reasons behind what our "leaders" do.. Bush with his many many maaaaaany flaws, had one issue that stood out. He lacked the ability to play this game. Whatever Bush thought usually came out of his mouth, or was so obviously full of Bullshit nobody ever believed him.

This trait would have been great, if I had not disagreed with him on almost every level.. lol.. Which is fine, he won and my party lost.. Of course he's going to alot of things that I don't like.. lol Thought I really honestly think the who Iraq thing was made me truely dispise him..

Bah never mind about Bush, getting back to Obama..

Obama is a politician.. The purest form of one.. I prolly believe he honest is doing what he thinks is best for the country then others.. While I disagree with how he's doing it.. But thats my point of view (at the moment lol)

However, with politician's.. The truth is like a three edged sword.
