Not quite what I had in mind - was thinking something with cubbies or a shelving system.

Redneck way but highly effective............... Plastic milk crates from Wawa or similar place, Place on side with opening facing you, stack 'em up. Zip tie together for stability.

Non redneck way............ Ikea has plastic units such as above but they are from Ikea so they're "euro" and cool and apparently not redneck, because they dont have rednecks in sweden....

There's always space under the beds. Crates, baskets, many things will fit under a bed. Also,I design and furniture for a living so any thing is possible.

If you are close to an ikea they have these shelves that you can buy and put the plastic inserts into them and store all the toys. We have 2 of them in the play room and at the end of the night we put all the toys back on the shelves!

Ikea or the storage/shelving section at Lowes. I got the cube units that are stackable at Lowes, and you can get different color baskets to put in the cubes.

Agreed. Most of them are in primary colors, so they go with anything. Also a lot sturdier and cheaper than what you get at lowes or home despot (sic) or ikea. But yeah, they do look kinda hokey...
