Actual statute concerning State Park carry
Anyone have a link to the new law allowing carry in State Parks? i'll be in Worlds End this weekend and their website still states no uncased weapons.
ThanksThe first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

That's an unmarked draft, portions of which were stricken before final passage. The ACSL has updated their online version of the UFA to include the recent changes.
Look under §6109. Licenses. (m.2)Get your "Guns Save Lives" stickers today! PM for more info.

It went into effect on December 17, 2008 (60 days after being signed into law).

Re: Actual statute concerning State Park carry
As far as I know, the original rule change (which permitted CC) was suspended by a court injunction, pending arguments and a final ruling (which I don't believe has happened yet). That means it's currently not possible to legally carry in National Parks, but there is still hope that we will be able to do that again at some point.
