Broad Mtn Hunt Club Looking 4 Members
Broad Mountain Hunting Club is looking for members. At current we have approximately 50 members and are looking to double that or possibly more.
Broad Mountain Hunt Club has approximately 2700 acres available for hunting. Hunting includes and is not limited to; small game, turkey, deer, and bear. Memeberships are for 1 year and include unlimited year round entry into the gated and marked hunting areas which are available for trail riding and camping also.
Broad Mtn Hunt Club is located off RT 81 between exits 104 and 107 Between Joliet and Lorberry PA.
For the remainder of this year membership is based on selling raffle tickets for which the prize is a gun. It basically works out to $30/ month. Next year they may be doing away with the raffle tickets and going with a straight a fee which should decrease with new membership. The price will be around $400 for the year for the whole family with dependents up to age 18.
This is not a fancy "club" there is a basic members lodge with bathroom, coal stove, and generator and then lots of land to enjoy and be left alone on. Most members are locals and are good people. The dues go towards the land leases, food plots, and general maintenance and upkeep. There are monthly meetings where all members get a say in how the club funds are used. There are also some family activities like pig roasts, hay rides, and easter egg hunts.
PM me for any more info and for contact info for more info from them directly.
Thanks
Keith

Any chance for a discounted rate for mil/leo?
I'm up there a few times a year to wheel at Rausch Creek, though can't get out as much as I'd like due to 'work'Semper Fidelis

Trail riding is trucks right now. ATV's are allowed during deer season. No discounts at this time until membership is up. The land leases are expensive. You could consider it a discount in so much as you'll have access to Some (alot) of Rausch Creek with your membership to the Hunt Club.

Once I get some bills paid off and have a little bit extra cash layin around I may be interested. I helped out as a member of the Rausch Creek crew at the Haunted Hayride last year. I saw the "roller coaster" ride the one wagon went on from the outside.

Re: Broad Mtn Hunt Club Looking 4 Members
I know this link here is old, but I saw on craig's list they are still looking for members. I did send an email and left a voice mail! I was just wondering if they are still looking for people? I live down in Reading Pa, so I'm not far away. I'm just trying to find a place that's not over run with a bunch of people just wondering the woods with guns! Thanks for your time!
Doug
