Got my Breakfast discounted while OC

I had to be down in Philly for a court case last week and I was oming out of court and walking back to catch a train when my stomach told me that it was time to stop and get breakfast. I decided that I was going to get breakfast at Market East. I walked down the many isles till I came upon the Down Home diner. There was a nice counter with stools where i sat down and took off my suite coat. I ordered my breakfast and let me tell you it was amazing! After I was finished I recieved the bill and as I was looking at it down on the bottom it had a discount on it. I asked her what the discount was for (don't ask why), and she said that she was giving me a police discount. I asked her what made her think that I was a cop and she said only cops where there guns out like that. I told her that I was just a normal guy that sells insurance and she laughed. I asked her if I was still going to keep the discount and she gave me a wink and said it will be our little secret.

If I ran a restaurant, I'd give out an "open carry" discount, police or not!

Al the crazy, off-beat, last-place-you-would-expect-to-get, kudos for open carry.

So far, we have diner waitresses, and "intoxicated movie renters".

Man now you have a waitress saying she met a real CIA man, who was undercover... But Shhh! he says he is a salesman...

I've gotten free coffee a couple of times, but that is about it. How anyone could mistake me for a cop of any sort I don't know. One of our members who has some experience says I look just like a couple of DEA people he has seen - I am not sure whether he was complimenting me or insulting me.
