Check out this email I got from TheGunSource.com. I am assuming false info?

    Exciting Announcement From TGSCOM

NFA laws have been repealed through a long standing court battle in the 7th US Circuit Court. The president of TGSCOM had sued the federal government on the grounds that the NFA law violated the Second Amendment of the Constitution. After heated and lengthy oral arguments, TGSCOM is now able to sell fully automatic weapons to the general public without tax stamps and the additional background check. The one stipulation to the agreement is that fully automatic rifles will be treated like handguns in that they will require a purchaser of 21 and older, the firearm must be transferred in the state of their residence (same as handguns) and that the buyer must submit to all regulations in the state of their residence.

    What this means for you
We will now be adding a limited number of fully automatic firearms to our inventory. They will be sold on a first come first served basis. The benefit is that not only can you own them, but they do not have the $20,000 price tag they normally do.

    California residents
Since this ruling is so new, there are no restrictions for California residents. Bet on the fact that they will be up to speed very quickly with reducing your Constitutional rights so take full advantage while you can

It got me all excited too. But if you look at there sight, they have them for sale, why in the world would a company do that? I mean would it be awesome to have a G36k for 1,200? Yes but I haven't heard anything yet on any other news sight. It would be true, an no one has any info out yet, or it could be an April fools joke.

I remember last year we got a company wide letter that our boss was leaving his position. We thought it was all a sick joke, turned out to be true.

It is April 1st. If you click the buy now link it takes you to a server timeout page. It's a gag.

    Yeaaaaaaah, Okaaaaaaay

    Not funny.

    Not cute.

The NFA was unconstitutional, but it was passed.

The provisions of the Volkmer -McCLure act which permitted the government to STOP COLLECTING THE NFA TAX ON NEW MG's is the suspect part.

    Bulllll shit.

I think one shitty idea deserves another.

How about we sue to have them sell us these items at the advertised price?

Of course, a sale ad is not an offer under contract law, but it sure is a form of promise.

Bait and switch comes to mind.

Remember the lawsuits in the past over people trying to buy cars with 20,000 "bananas" when the car dealer used a catch phrase for 'dollars"?

Or the famous suit against pepsi for not delivering a Harrier Jet for 2million bottle caps?
