    Default IWB holsters

I'm looking for an inexpensive IWB holster for a S&W 5906. Does anyone have any good recommendations? I've searched around the forums, but can't seem to find any recommened IWB holsters for my firearm.

    Thanks.

A Don Hume 715 should work well, i have a Tuck This for a 5906 and it feels like a 2x8 stuffed in my pants. I have 2 DH 715's for other guns and they work well for $27 a piece. But i can't say enough about my CrossBreed Super tuck, its GREAT but not Cheap.

My advice is look for a quality holster rather than an inexpensive holster. You get what you pay for. Don't buy junk.

I've got 715Ms for all of my full sized carry guns, and I think they're an outstanding value for the money. And they're a lot more "tuckable" than you'd think. I never wear untucked shirts when I'm working. I just blouse the gun side of my polo shirt over the butt of the gun to match the rest of the tucked shirt and it's very unobtrusive. If I've ever been "made" nobody's said anything and people who know me have never known without my showing them.

I ditched a cheap Bianchi IWB for the 715M because I considered the Bianchi dangerous with my Glock 19. I've never been sorry.

Cheap should not be the main issue, look at Crossbreed Super tuck, probably the most Comfortable, well made, reasonable holster I have used in my extensive LEO career. I highly recomend it.

I carry my S&W in a Don Hume.
I am very happy with it, especially considering the price.
I will need to get a holster for my summer peice in the next couple of weeks.
I am going back to Don Hume.
The only change I will be making is I am going for loops rather than a spring clip this time.

I'll second this. And since you won't be buying holsters frequently, investing $60 - $80 into one really isn't too bad. I would imagine you'll be using it frequently. And since its IWB, you'll want a comfortable one because it will be up against your side all day long.
