Tips for sore muscles?
So I went with my 2 in shape friends today for a bit of a hike... about 14 miles give or take... needless to say I'm a wee bit sore.
The issue is I don't like being sore or missing work outs, got any tips to get my legs functional again? The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

IBUPROFEN. It is an anti-inflammatory. It will reduce the soreness and inflamation in the muscles. You can take up to 800 mg without a doctors order every four hours. Just make sure you eat something. It can be hard on an empty stomach. I live and swear by the stuff. It works!!!

glutamine supplements or foods rich in it.. glutamine helps maintain cell volume and hydration, speeding up wound and burn healing and recovery from hard core workouts.

Re: Tips for sore muscles?
Get a big spatula and a jar of icy hot. Use the spatula to take a big scoop and quickly slather it all over your nutsack.
(once the pain hits, you will forget all about your sore legs ya pansy ass) LOL"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism.
