I saw a guy OCing 2 guns, one on each hip in robesonia, wondering if he is a member here?

I was at the laundrymat, and in walked a guy wearing a tank top, gym shorts, and pistols on each hip. Spare mags on the front of the holster. I thought that was a little odd. I was wearing my PAFOA sweatshirt and thought about asking him if he was a member but I didn't.
