The Media evidently forgot that this has been re-affirmed by the US Supreme Court less than 3 months go!

Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

The poll is worded incorrectly. The 2nd amendment does NOT give individuals the right to bear arms. It merely secures it against infringement.
