Dauphin Co District Attorney Marsico WILL sign NFA
Dauphin County DA Marsico came to my Advanced Criminal Law class today. After the class was over, I took the opportunity to ask him his position on signing off for Title II firearms. He said he was unaware of the situation and after I explained it to him, he said he was more than willing to sign. He has been elected 3 times now (he was an assistant DA prior) and he said in his 20+ years in the DA's office, he hasn't ever had anyone even ask. Just an FYI for any Dauphin Co. residents.
