Capital City Mall Is Against the 2A
Only a bimbo doesn't see the correlations with gun control: A lot against the people = criminal paradise, less for the people = little criminal activity.
Well the bimbos who dictate the rules there at the capital city mall enforce a no weapons rule so anyone who has a LTCF can't carry.
Now should I try talking to somebody about this or is there a process to dispute the policy?
About the argument of private property I'm not interested.

Re: Capital City Mall Is Against the 2A
Actually, I believe that he meant he doesn't want everyone to jump in and say.."It's private property, they can do what they want" and was looking for ideas as to go about approaching said mall operators / owners to try and get it changed....that or I read it wrong

I guess if you are wanting to OC there, ( not that there is anything wrong with that ) there may be a problem. But, my standard answer to these kind of threads is, concealed is concealed. What the property owner doesn't know won't hurt him/her, but what you are not prepared for could get you killed.

Your only option is to take it up with the owners or operators of the mall....and until you can hit them with the almighty dollar, they probably won't give you the time of day.

Re: Capital City Mall Is Against the 2A
I could really care less about their policy. I keep it concealed in a shopping mall.
In the case it prints or "peeks" and they ask me to leave: Well, there's plenty of other shopping centers and places to spend my money. I can find another Sears (in Colonial Park), Macy's (in Harrisburg Mall), etc.
Yeah, the rules suck and are anti-2A. Unfortunately, in most cases it's not always the choice of the mall management, but their insurance company (either to keep their premiums down or to even obtain a policy).
It's just one of those "out of sight, out of (their) mind" kind of thing IMO.

I have been to that Mall many times. Always carried. I have seen no signs or postings that say no firearms.
