HARRISBURG, Pa. -- A former press secretary to Gov. Ed Rendell has been hired to lead a publicity campaign for programs financed with federal stimulus money.
Ken Snyder will be paid $100,000 between now and Jan. 31 to get the word out to people who can be helped by the $18 billion Pennsylvania expects to receive in stimulus money and benefits over three years.
Snyder is a Philadelphia political strategist and media consultant.
He was a press secretary for Rendell for a short time when Rendell first took office in 2003."The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. I'm against this just as much as any of you, but your premise is flawed. The title of the thread sounds eerily similar to "If you have nothing to hide....(insert right to be surrendered here)"
