Beltman return

I sent my belt back to theBeltman for shortening. I sent it last Friday, got it back today, the following Friday. In my book, that is very quick service!

Me too, been almost 6 months since I quit and I still don't feel any better, maybe worse. Haven't got my wind back yet but did put on 25lbs.

I quit smoking 6 months ago after 43 year habit . Too bad it took a heart attack to convince me . Sure haven't lost the weight though .

Slowly integrating excerize into your daily regimen will eventually make you feel better. I quit 5 yrs ago after 40 some yrs, i gained a little weight but not
much. My work is alot of physical labor and that helps.
Still waiting on my belt from the Beltman, 30 days today, hopefully soon.
