Looking for Someone To Thread A Barrel
As the title states, I'm looking for a smith that can thread a barrel on my savage enfield 303 rifle.
I'd like it to be as close to Berks county as possible.
Anyone have any suggestions or recomendations?
Thanks

He's right around the corner from you and Rob is awesome. He's AR-15 Builder here on the site. I'd trust him with any of my guns.

Re: Looking for Someone To Thread A Barrel
Michael Hane in Zieglerville. He's right on 73, about 10 minutes east of Boyertown. Does excellent work and prices are reasonable.
For example, I had brought in a FAL for him to mount a flashhider and check headspace and generally give it a once-over looking for any potential problems (it was a Century gun, after all). A few weeks later it was done, and for only $60.
Here's his site: http://www.mhgunsmithing.com/
Also, just fyi, he doesn't take plastic for payment.
