Default I love payday! Love new toy even more!

If it wasn't for the payday, work simply would be untarorable!!
Soon to be my main Anti-undead(not allowed to say Z word anymore per my fiance) weapon!

NIB, never been fired Mossberg 500 persuader with 20" barrel with heatshield.
Got it for real good price thanks to fellow member(Thanks DCP!).

Also found few box of 7.63x39 for my SKS on way back from picking it up

You mean you can't say ZOMBIES! anymore?

That is great for those up close and personal negotiations..

    Good luck with it.

    Nice persuader...

I'm sure the first bad guy in your house would be persuaded to turn and run out the door!

Cool Re: I love payday! Love new toy even more!

Personally, I love the 500.. I've had one for as long as I can remember albiet not the same one. I keep mine stock, but could be PERSUADED to Zombie it out. I'm not to keen on a pistol grip only config. but would go for a AR style.

I like the versatility the 500 has, can be a duck, squirrel, deer or defense weapon.

Can't say the "Z" word? That is an easy fix! Use "democrat" instead. In fact, zombie or democrat, both are going to get the 'unwelcome' treatment on my property if things don't improve, and soon !
By the way, you can also substitute the word democrat for other distasteful words. As in : That baby has a nasty, gun-grabbing democrat in it's diaper and I can smell it clear across the room! We started this practice after I accidentally used the word 'shit' in front of my little girl at age 2.
    I hope this helps!

Nice. I have a Rem 870 Express Magnum 12g for my scattergun right now but want to get a Mossberg 590 for zombie slaying duties. It's almost as chead to buy the 590 as it is to get a new barrel, magazine extension and stock set for the 870. Why not spend a few bucks more and have TWO shotguns?

This gun will serve me as main CQB weapon for Anti-reanimated corpse for the time being.
Until at least I get my AR finished. Then Mossy will be my backup CQB weapon. Until then, here is my SHTF equipment:

PSL - Stay on top of Walmart roof. I can cover an entire parking lot(and provide cover as any one of fellow PAFOA members are running for the door on side
Mossy - Holyshit, front barricade didn't hold?!
M&P - YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD FOR YOUR MEAL!
Glock FM-81 - Last, and I mean LAST ditch effort..

But because I intend it to be QCB weapon, Pistol grip got to go. But can't use full length buttstock, because I have to be able to carry it on my back while I carry PSL.
So I was thinking may be those AR type collapsable stock from ATI or Knox, or side folder. Top folder would not permits me to add reddot optics..

Something like below is what I'm hoping it to be in near future...

    Norman

    Nice arrangement on the lights.
Have you shot the unit w/ the lights mounted and illuminated? How do the lights "hold up" to all that beating??
