Re: OC in Pittsburgh
OC'ed with Falcon today in North Oakland. Good times. After that I OC'ed in Sq Hill. The continental tobacco shop was nice. The counter attendant was curious what I was carrying, and she is getting her license soon. Def. the first encouraging positive encounter. Saw a prof having coffee and went talked to hm, guy didn't notice. OCed at GE, no probs once again.

Re: OC in Pittsburgh
Hey, he was from the Homestead PD. Older man with a mustache. Forgot his name, he had an unmarked sedan. PGH police haven't been a problem so far. One saw me in a National City bank just said hi.
OC'ed @ Shadyside Giant Eagle last night, and at the Original Hot Dog Shop in Oakland. No probs.
CC'ed quite a bit as well, trying out the IWB. Obviously that went without incident as well ~~

Re: OC in Pittsburgh
Next time you see him, pull out your LTCF and ask him where it says "conceal"...
Or you could ask him what part of the PA code or what case laws state that you must conceal. (EDIT: This shouldn't even be an issue because MPOETEC has instituted carry laws in their recent efforts.)
Or you could carry a flyer with you.Last edited by Paradigm; March 9th, 2009 at 10:19 AM.

Re: OC in Pittsburgh
The cop that is always outside Garage Door yelled at my roommate when his shirt popped over his concealed gun. He made a big point about how it has to be concealed and you can't carry a gun in a bar. But then the officer didn't do anything else so my roommate just walked away.

Re: OC in Pittsburgh
Another run in with Homestead's finest. Was shopping @ GE Waterfront. 5 uniforms+K9. One cop gave me his speech I said kthxbai. Another one was nice, he said he didn't mind its just that some soccer moms complained to the manager at the front end about me, etc. Lol. I talked to the manager, and she didn't care one way or another. They were pretty nice. Didn't disarm. I gave them DL and LTCF just so they'd leave.
