USGI stripper clips and an adapter work just fine. I've never had reason to try anything else.

I use them for just about every gun they make them for. When you're planning on spending an afternoon shooting FA, nothing beats the ability load a couple K rounds wiothout pushing them all into the mags using nothing but finger pressure, even with mags that are as easy to load as AR mags.

I like the MagLULA, as well. Since I'm mostly loading my own reloads, I usually have them in cartridge trays, and it's fast and easy to load loose ammo with the MagLULA.

I do have a MagLula that I use to unload the mags since ammo is now too damn expensive to do the old semi-auto mag dump.

Agreed, the Beta loaders rock, both the manual loader and the stripper loader.

I also have Maglula but use it mostly for unloading. When I have it out, I'll use it to load a small mag since it also works well.
