it lists pa as legal to own a machine gun, is this true?

Yep, as long as you pay the BATF taxes.

I'm still kicking my ass for not buying one of the FA Vector UZIs when they were $3500. Hell, I should of bought 2 of them as the going price (as of a year ago) was about $7000 (Freedom Armory, in Glen Rock PA). I could have sold one and the other would have been free, for all intents and purposes

Owning a fully automatic weapon or short barrel rifle or a suppressor is 100% legal as your image shows. To own one all you need to do is fill out the paperwork, submit that to BATF along with fingerprints and the signature of your local LEO chief and $200, wait about 6 months while they do their background check and send you back your 'stamp' .... and BTW, you usually pay for the weapon up front and the seller holds it that entire time.

The only things you cant own in PA are explosive and incendiary devices. All other NFA items can be owned so long as you abide by federal law in registering them.

I thought it was explosive incendiary devices, not two seprate items. cause wouldn't that technically make incendiary rounds illegal?
