I try to ride as much as possible (bike or quad) whenever I'm off.

I ride up the burma a little up from the shooting range. Its always fun to ride with new people.

I try to hit up the burma every so often. I have no problem with all the out of towners, but it is starting to get dangerous. I was out the one time and started to cut on to the one uke road.. well someone wasnt paying atention and hit the bank to my side, all I seen was a grizzly 660 flying over me. I layed my bike over and ran over to check on the guy, his face was covered in blood. I asked him if he was alright and all, well he goes and tells me it was his first time there and he was from jersey. I just rolled my eyes. Another time I was doing a hillclimb i'm 3/4 the way up and some ******* just started to come down without looking.
I have no problems with ppl coming and enjoying the area, but they need to practice common sense, crest a hill before coming down, drive at a safe pace, stick to the outside of a blind turn, AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. I go on the one forum and all the out of towners are complaining about how the locals are mean and all, if everyone started to self police themselves there would be no problems.

I haven't rode in three years, but before that i spent the last 16 years Racing Motocross. Won races at Flyn Dutchman in Rock, and was 1999 25+ PA Dist 6 State Champion. turned Expert in 99. and was a Dutchman Track Champ.

I used to run the hare scrambles over at the dutchman, 201-250 B class. Now I usually just ride for fun, except the RORR hare scramble over outside tamaqua in june. Its a good time.

I used to. Then I traded my quad for a car. Anybody want to trade a quad or bike for some gear? Haha, I am desperate to get riding again.
