It's been on my mind lately that we have some BAD stuff coming down the pike our way. Anyone of the mindset that it might be a good time to start up a local group here that meets, shoots, does a bit of physical training, information gathering, etc? Not a militia per se, but a group of people that are connected to the community a little more, know where important things are, how to get items that are necessary, quickly, etc.

Anyone? Or is this stupid paranoia?

Ron Paul had a good idea, but yours is great. I live in Levittown and I am always looking forpeople who are as interested in shooting and being as prepared as possible, IF anything should ever happen. Like they say, its better to have and not need it, rather than to need it and not have it. So count me in, I don't have a crazy arsenal....yet.
