Judges order state to release inmates early
The wonderful state of California is in the process of letting up to 50,000 inmates out of prison early due to overcrowding. They also want to make it harder for parolees to get sent back to prison for technical parole violations. Seems like a good idea to send them back to society early when jobs are already short. I wonder what they will do to make a living if they can't find a job? I'm sure they would never go back to crime since they have now been rehabilitated.
