WHY ARE PA GUN OWNERS SO KNOWLEDGABLE

every time i google a firearm related question more often than not the pafoa comes up in the search results. anyone have any thoughts to why this is. is it because were surrounded by states with harsh gun laws and all the gun owners move here or what? pa seems to have a very informed group of gun owners who are connected together. i've noticed a lot of members are from other states. i'm not saying we are any smarter about firearms than they are but our grassroots movement seems to be more organized. i'm just interested in anybody's theories about this.

I'm more impressed by people's knowledge of firearm law as opposed to actual firearm knowledge - though both aspects are covered at this site.

Exactly right. I don't disagree that there are a knowledgeable bunch of folks here, but that has nothing to with our google ranking. The two factors do combine to make us a force to be reckoned with.
