Default I had a good chuckle

I was reading over NJ laws before I have to head out for this job. I was looking for anything I could carry while I am there. From what I understand I may be pushing it with a pointed stick no pocket knives, no OC spray or tazers... nothing... it really sounds like a weapon free "paradise". I bet they have no crime with the lack of weapons... anyway, I read a bit from their firearms code that literally made me laugh...

These conditions for use and transport of hollow nose ammunition are consistent with the legislative intent to restrict the use of such ammunition to a limited number of people. It is well established that in construing a statute exceptions are to be "strictly but reasonably construed, consistent with the manifest reason and purpose of the law." Service Armament Co. v. Hyland, 70 N.J. 550, 558-559 (1976). The State Supreme Court has "characterized the Gun Control Law as 'highly purposed and conscientiously designed toward preventing criminal and other unfit elements from acquiring firearms while enabling the fit elements of society to obtain them with minimal burdens.'" Id. at 559.
If thats the case where is my non-res ccl?

What can you carry in NJ?

    A purse.
"...a REPUBLIC, if you can keep it."

My fists... but then again I may not want to risk that either. I might be able to get away with a cell phone.

The PRNJ laws are funny to read from Pa, but really suck if you live there.

Did you read the wrist rocket sling shot is banned !!

The gun law is a mess here because most people just dont understand

How come we can have a mini 14 but not a m1 carbine ?
I have 2 1919's I cant have the cloth belt over 15 rounds but I can have as many links as I want just not linked over 15.

I can have a bayo on my m1 garand because it has no pistol grip !!

We all know a pistol grip and a bayo makes a gun more deadly.

I have a freind he loves to stoot ex marine and has guns his wife is anigun I handed here a WASR 10 and she said theres no reason to own it then I handed her my Norinco Hunter and she said its ok because its a hunting rifle I made her turn red when I informed her she has no FU@King clue what she's talking about and thats the stupid thinking of most new jerky people.

I shoot in PA and as soon as I cross over the belt hits the floor
