the hidden gun control in spending package
i was watching glenn beck and he had on a congressman who said one of the things hidden in the spending bill is the holt bill. i did a little reading on the holt bill and what i got from it is total registration of handguns and semi auto guns or if they have a removable clip. if you fail to register your guns then you are considered a criminal. so the spending bill made it though congress and now on it's was to the senate. so the question is are you going to register your guns or tell them to piss off? i hope they hold there breath while they wait for me to register mine.look it up for yourself. the senate is one vote away from passing it. good luck and godspeed people.

Re: the hidden gun control in spending package
My dog "Ruger" is worried about the economy because Alpo is up to $3.00 a can. That's almost $21.00 in dog money.
Pray for our troops....and a little extra for our snipers.

Re: the hidden gun control in spending package
One problem, that site doesn't link to the new bill they were voting on today that was completed at 11pm last night (2/12/09) I tried to download or view the new bill and was unable to. Everytime I tried Adobe locked up and the website stopped responding. Many new items were penciled into the bill last minute behind closed doors in the middle of the night. So much for change we can believe in and the new transparency of government.

Re: the hidden gun control in spending package
here's the vid of the NH rep make your own call.i'm guessing he saw the bill the way he states it. no one even knows what was in that bill, so i say it is very possible it slid in under the radar.
