    Default Holster for M&P

What holster do you guys use for your full-size M&P? I'm in the market for an OWB holster with retention and just looking for opinions on the holsters out there.

Don have the full size yet (payday is tomorrow...), but for my MP9C I have a Desantis speed scarab. They make one with the thumb-snap as well.

I havent yet seen anything like a Serpa for these however.... although Id sure like one too.

Thumbs up Re: Holster for M&P

I have a Safariland "ALS" for my M&P, I like the retention device for it. It stays locked when you want it but releases easy if yo know how. My 9c works like a charm, my .45 is still alittle tight but is coming around with time. Love them both, well worth the money IMO

I've been using Bianchi minimalist holster designed for G-23
Works great for both of my full size and compact(it also works for my P-6)

I just bought the Blackhawk Serpa... Its a little more of a tactical holster than I would like, but the quality of it, is AMAZING!

I would recommend this holster to anyone.
This is by far the best concealment holster I have every used.
It is made by Raven Concealment, and sold here: http://www.themalabarfront.com/index.php?cPath=82_85_92
They are a little pricey, and you have to wait about two weeks for it, but they are the absolute best IMO.
Extremely light weight, snug & tight to the body, and great retention.

    Here is mine.

I may get a serpa...I wasn't fond of them when I had 1 for my xd-40, but I also had a junk belt..now I've got a wilderness belt so I'm willing to try the serpa again...

I have a MTAC by Comp-Tac for my 9c and for IDPA. I use a Blade-Tech SRB. Both are kind of expensive but both are very nice and well worth the money. Might I also suggest the crossbreed from supertuck. I don't have one but I have heard nice things about them. It's been my experience not to skimp on the holster. You seem to get what you pay for. Good luck
