Any of you guys or gals out there shoot pool?
Just wondering if anyone on here shoots pool? I probably spend 4-8 hours a week at the pool hall down the street from my house and I have been playing regularly since I was 15 or so.I have also played in a few BCA and APA tourneys. I recently got rid of my old "novely" two peice cue that i was given as a cheap birthday gift from a old GF, and stepped up into some real cues. But for what I paid they are going to get their uses since i basically live at the pool hall.
Here are some shots of my 2 new Cues.
My Normal Playing Cue for practice and beat around cue, something I can take to the pool hall and not worry is it gets stolen
Scorpion LS scorp22 series with 13mm water buffalo tip
My Nice Cue that I will use for Tourneys and other important games
Lucasi Hybrid Big Beulah (carbon fiber ferrule, advanced dampening system ect) its loaded with features also has 13mm LePro tip
These are all stock images I will try to get some real ones up asap.

why the hell are you awake at 2:45 am
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

I shot pool once. Unfortunately, the bullet ricocheted off of pool and hit something it wasn't supposed to hit. Whoops.
Safety is a good tool for tyrants; no one can be against safety.

I seem to have that wonderful curse, where all of my friends have a nice pool table in their basement/garage/bar, but not one of them ever wants to play pool. And hell if Im paying $1/game for some divot half table at the bowling alley.

I completely agree with the statement of knowing people that have pool tables and they never want to use them or dont use them at all. I live in an apartment right now so having a pool table isnt real feasible know. But the local pool Hall I go to only charges 4.00 an hour to play and the tables are in very good shape and kept up on regular maintenance

If a pool table appears in my general vicinity, I normally gravitate toward it. I wouldn't say that I'm any good, but I can hold my own against the average bar patron on a good night. There's a really nice pool hall just down the street from me - I should probably visit more often and get some experience.
