Cheap .45 ammo
I know that is a bit of an oxymoron. I am visiting a friend this weekend and we plan on doing a lot shooting. I was just curious if anyone is aware of any good deals or sales. I dont have time to order online. I checked Gander Mountain and the cheapest they have is about $24/box. I not even going to ask about .357 sig. I may just trade that in! Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Ammoman.com has Federal American Eagle 230gr FMJ; $399.00 for 1k rounds, shipped.
They also have Speer Lawman Cleanfire for the same price.
Oops. Didn't see your comment about not being able to order online.

You can usually find good deals here: http://gun-deals.com/ammo.php
They even figure out the shipping to give you the total cost per round. Please help my Baby Kitties and I avoid being homeless.

Walmart for Blazer Brass or WWB.
Haven't found any retail outlet cheaper in NC...

Re: Cheap .45 ammo
WalMart in east York was pretty barren this past weekend, but Freedom Armory had a pallet of Blazer .45, $357 for 1000 rounds, FMJ.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Re: Cheap .45 ammo
That's the way that our Walmarts out here are. Shelves are about bare. You have to stop in everyday, in the morning, to grab the one box that they may have put on the shelf the night before.
Wisconsincartridge.com is good plinking ammo if you have time to order online. Shipping is pretty fast too.
