Default Anyone shooting a Colt HBAR Match Target?

Anyone shooting this Colt? What kind of accuracy are you getting out of its 1 in 9 twist, and what bullet weights does it seem to like?

I don't know if this will answer your question, but, I have a Colt HBar. it has a 7" twist. My favorite load is a 68 gr. Hornady, CCI magnum small rifle primers and 22.6 grs. of Win. 844 and Remington nickel plated brass. I use this rifle and load for CMP matches. I shoot in the 460's. ( out of a 500 possible ) Open sights. Off a bench I can put 10 shots into the 10 ring.
More than enough rifle for most shooters.

I have had one for years. About as long as I've been planning to start HP competition - never have - practice a lot, though. (I do compete in pistol bullseye and .22 prone rifle)
Mine has a 1-8 twist. It has been accurate at the limited distances that I have tried it, both from the bench and from positions. Surprisingly, for me, at 100 yards the most accurate load used a 52 grain match bullet. I was getting consistent 1/2" groups with the iron sights - a hooded rear. The gun shoots all bullets up to the 77 grain Sierra well at 100 yards. I wonder about longer distances.
