    If you move, will they forward the magazines?

    I would go ahead with your plans because F4 transfers are running very slow these days. Make sure you file a change of address with the Post Office so that the returned forms catch up with you. If your move is in-state you are not required to notify ATF but it's a good idea. If out-of-state you must file a 5320 notifying them of the new location.
