It's all typical politics and money. Heinz endorses the stadium so the Rooneys are literally in bed with the Dems via proxy.

Heinz is married to John Kerry ya know. I prefer my sports without politics so I've not been enthused about the Steelers since the obama endorsement. GO ARIZONA!

During the post game show, while being congratulated on the win, they asked him something, and he completely ignored the question, and started rambling about the team... and then he started his "thanks" by saying "I want to thank president Obama..."

Makes me sick.

Politics can run deep in just about anything anymore. I can overlook Rooney's Obama Ass-Kissing antics and just enjoy the game! I can remember the Steelers Super Bowl victories in the 70's and I want my kids to have equal memories!

Politics just doesn't belong in pro sports...but we all know better. The Dem's could ruin a free lunch!

Art Rooney is dead. He died back in 1988.

Dan Rooney, is the one who thanked Obama. I nearly puked too. The Super Bowl trophy ceremony is NO PLACE FOR POLITICS!!!
