I think we will stay at home tonight, although Wings would be second in line to Ribs.

Just a hint of my rib sauce.. Diabetics stay away!

I put a full bag of brown sugar in a bowl, added nutmeg, cinnamon, salt pepper onion and garlicklicklick to it all... Oh and some of my Montreal Steak spice for good measure..
put all this in a blender, then pasted it on the ribs... Added to this some Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and about an ounce of Tia~Maria / Irish cream to each rack..

Wrapped them each in their own aluminum foil shell and put them in the oven at 300 for 4 hrs...
By this time, they are going to be fall off the bone ready to eat delicious. The last hour or so, I put the oven down to 150 just to keep them warm.

Ill get pics when they come out of the oven.

I just left the Old Mill on New Oxford. We had lunch with my parents there. They have a Pittsburgh Fan club and they will be there all day.

I had some Hot Garlic wings and half of a Permati sandwich (fries and slaw on the sandwich).

It gets too loud and rowdy in there for the kids, so we'll spend the rest of the night at the house with some chips and the other half of my sandwich. Nothing to spectacular this year.

Picking up styrofoam containers of fried spicy goodness from Hooters on the way home, the wife is making a "Pizza Braid". Chips and sodas dips and whatnots.

Don't any of you guys cook?

OK so I have the day off, but still Ribs are pretty quick and you CAN cook them the night before... Wings are quick also... I bet I get asked for my Bob's Special Popcorn later too... Wife said she has never had such good popcorn anywhere. And I use no butter... Go figure.
