Superbowl plans canceled?
Come on over to GRoPA's. Last night I said screw it and decided to make wings for the SB. Come on over. I got 6 doz halves, and beer.

I am cooking Baby back ribs, the pups have their raw beef ribs ready to go.. Vicky will be home around 6:30 tonight, and already the ribs are smelling good, I hope i did not put them in too early so they dry out... Anyways. I think we will stay at home tonight, although Wings would be second in line to Ribs.
Just a hint of my rib sauce.. Diabetics stay away!
I put a full bag of brown sugar in a bowl, added nutmeg, cinnamon, salt pepper onion and garlicklicklick to it all... Oh and some of my Montreal Steak spice for good measure..
put all this in a blender, then pasted it on the ribs... Added to this some Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and about an ounce of Tia~Maria / Irish cream to each rack..
Wrapped them each in their own aluminum foil shell and put them in the oven at 300 for 4 hrs...
By this time, they are going to be fall off the bone ready to eat delicious. The last hour or so, I put the oven down to 150 just to keep them warm.
Ill get pics when they come out of the oven.Skeet is a sport where you are better to hit half of each bird then completely blast one and miss the other completely.
