America,
Over the next couple weeks an African American man will make history and take the honor of preparing for and entering the most highly recognized position in America.
He has stated from the beginning that the journey would be long and many obstacles would stand in the way.
His commitment to overcome obstacles and pave the way for higher success was clearly defined in his many press conferences.
He showed he is a leader even before taking that position.
Through his dedication to prepare for the future and listening to all who believe in him, he is ready to set the ground for a new era.
His team of colleagues also understand the same goal.
They prepare everyday to help him succeed.
With out them he would be nobody, but with their dedication he will become the true leader.
