Have a separate WTB forum

I think we should separate the WTB ad's from the FS ads, as it would make it easier for browsing, this would require the addition of a WTB forum in the marketplace section.

its probably easier to just use the features already built into the site software.

I suggest people just open the Firearms Sale forum, and do this:
click the "Search this forum" selection, then "advanced search"

on the resulting search page, select under "Search options" ..."find threads with prefix" and select whatever type you want, in this case, [Want to buy]

leave the rest of the selections alone, and hit the "search now" button.

the forum will show a selection of posts with the [Want to Buy] prefix in decending date order, from newest to oldest.

peruse the ads

for information, this is EXACTLY why we set up the "prefix" selections on the Ad forum, and made its use mandatory.

You don't even have to go to advanced search, if you just scroll to the bottom of the thread listing you can filter by thread prefix right there.

Doh to me too...I told ya the long way, i didn't know there was the "sort by prefix" at the bottom!

maybe placing the sorting options at the top of the thread instead at the bottom (which I'm sure is the default location) will make it get used more.....
